Where in Greece can you buy budget housing?

There are 5 regions of Greece that offer an opportunity to purchase housing at a price of up to 100 thousand euros. These include:

• Suburbs of Attica. Here you can pick up objects from 80 to 100 thousand euros. Their area usually varies between 60-120 sq.m.
• Center of Athens. Here you can choose housing at a price of 85 thousand euros in the secondary market.
• Piraeus. Objects are available here at prices ranging from 85-90 thousand euros. Most of the options are from the 1980s.
• Thessaloniki, where budget properties are available for homes of different years of construction - from 1980 to 2020. Prices start at around 87 thousand euros.

Other regions, including Parta, Volos, Larissa, etc. These cities are not as popular, which is why prices here start at around 60 thousand euros.
