Places for connecting plumbing have been prepared, ventilation pipes have been removed from the plumbing rooms.
The house is connected to a 12kW 3-phase power grid, gas pipeline, water supply, sewerage and telephone cable.
Installed automatic gates to the garage and to the entrance.

At your request, the house can be fully prepared for your stay in a short time.

The house is located in a suburban residence of Riga residents, the most elite suburb of Riga with a prestigious private building - Baltezers (White Lake). In the area there are many cozy restaurants, bars and beach cafes, a yacht club, and a supermarket is a short drive away.

Everything here disposes for a quiet and peaceful life: a centuries-old pine forest, clear water of a chain of lakes, a river, equipped sandy beaches. In the vicinity: a chain of 8 lakes and a river; the western coast of the Gulf of Riga; beaches of Saulkrasti resort.
