OVERVIEW
The plot is located next to an asphalt road. Communications at a distance of 200-300 meters. There is a draft design for the construction of an apartment building pl. 4000m2, near the river Lielupe. Private building possible.
Lielupe is a part of Jurmala, 19 km from Riga, located in a bend between the sea and the place where the Lielupe flows into the Gulf of Riga. This place used to be called Bully because it was on the border of Bully's estate. One of the first places where suburban buildings appeared. Construction began around 1910, when the area closest to the sea was built up.
The development also encompassed a vast pine forest park. The highest dunes in Jurmala - White dunes or Raga dunes (15 m above sea level) are located on the bank of the Lielupe. A steamship pier was built in the town of Stirnurags.
There are several sports complexes in Lielupe. The most significant are the yacht club and the national sports base of the GTZ "Lielupe". Lielupe tennis courts have repeatedly hosted international competitions.
