The total area of the house is 190 m2, which is divided into two floors. On 1st floor you can find kitchen which is combined together with a spacious living area, and as well separate toilet. In living area, there is a wonderful fireplace with an oven function. On the 2nd floor of the house there are three bedrooms, one bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, as well office and spacious wardrobe. The house has a reed roof. Near the house is a shed for at least 2 cars, and if there is need for extra indoor area, the shed can be rebuilt, for example, to make sauna or extra room.
