OVERVIEW

This loft is located on the 1st floor of a 2-storey building. 2 rooms, bathroom. The total area is 69.7 m2, the living area is 45.9 m2 + a terrace of 23.8 m2 with a flooring of impregnated terrace boards. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The bathroom have baths made of stone mass PAA (Latvia) or built-in floor showers. Separating glass partitions are installed. 

The new project is located in the very center of Jurmala, Dzintari area, Kalsnavas street (entrance from Meža prospekts). Nearby are the pine park Dzintaru Mezaparks, the famous Jomas street, Dzintari Concert Hall, shops, cafes and restaurants, spa centers and tennis courts, as well as beautiful Jurmala dunes and an equipped beach with summer cafes.

The project consists of two interconnected buildings with a height of two and five floors. The five-story apartment building is equipped with two KONE elevators. A well-thought-out, functional layout allows to use each square meter, providing residents a comfortable life in an atmosphere of restrained sophistication.
