OVERVIEW

The buiding is located in the superb part of Riga - Merkela street, right across the Vermana park. Nearby there are such important buildings as: the main building of the University of Latvia, Riga Latvian Society, National Opera, popular restaurants.

The Old town is in just several min. walk through a nice park - Bastejkalns. Also in the walking distance there are big shopping centers Origo and Stockmann, Riga Central Market, Riga Central Station, as well as the historical Berga Bazars.
