Rise in real estate prices in Tbilisi: updated data

Throughout 2021 housing prices in the Georgian capital have been on the rise. In the fourth quarter, the increase in prices was observed:

• by 1.2% in annual terms;
• by 2.1% compared to the third quarter.

The average cost per square meter in a new building during this period was about $750.

The most expensive areas of the city

In prestigious areas of the capital prices are much higher. For example, in Mtatsminda for 1 sq. m. one will have to pay about 1300 dollars. In Saburtalo, prices are slightly lower - about $1,000 per sq. m.

As for the sale of houses, here the cost is more attractive. The highest prices are observed in the same areas, but do not exceed $1,060 per sq. m.
