Such an active rise in prices is also observed throughout the entire second quarter of this year. We note a 10.9% increase in value compared to the same period a year earlier.

Cities with notable price increase

The most noticeable rise in price was noted in the following cities:

  • Berlin;
  • Hamburg;
  • Munich;
  • Koln;
  • Frankfurt am Main;
  • Dusseldorf.

The cost of houses in these cities increased by 14.7%, and apartments - by 12.9%. In other areas prices rose a little less, but often the indicator exceeded 10%.
