Martian city in the UAE: when will construction be completed?

The location for the construction of such city was chosen not far from Dubai. Its area was about 176 thousand square meters. This architecture was chosen for a reason, because scientists believe that underground structutes on another planet will give us the chance to create conditions for the survival of people from Earth - to ensure a comfortable temperature, the absence of large amounts of radiation, etc.

All buildings on the territory of the Martian city were constructed using a 3D printer. This is one of the newest construction technologies that has shown amazing results, which were mentioned in our previous articles. When using it, you can significantly speed up the process of building a house, as well as reduce costs. In addition, no additional human input is required, since the machine is able to perform most of the work on its own. In such limited conditions that are present on another planet this will prove to be an important factor.

When will construction be completed?

The construction of the Martian city is planned to be completed in 2021. Special laboratories will be placed under the construcyed domes for carrying out various experiments. Full-fledged residential complexes will also be built here. They are necessary in order to understand how comfortable it is for a person to live in such conditions. In addition, the city provides places for planting trees in order to assess their adaptability to this climate.

The Martian city is one of the best imitations of real life on Mars, if humanity still manages to colonize that planet. Therefore it is expected that this place will become not only a research center, but also a great tourist attraction.
