OVERVIEW

Three detached houses are proposed for sale in the Prefecture of Heraklion. They are located in picturesque neoclassical alleys. The houses are  230sqm in total on a plot of 495sqm.

More specifically, the first house is 70sqm and is ground floor. It consists of a very large open space which includes a living room with a large traditional fireplace, dining room and kitchen, also there is a large bedroom and a bathroom. All houses are stone-built in neoclassical style, have mountain views, and all have direct access to the garden which is full of oranges, lemons, and tangerines. In addition, it has a well with drinking water and the furniture remains with a few exceptions.
