The blue sea, scorching sun and clean air guarantee a bright, healthy and happy life.  Known as the pearl of the Turkish Riviera, Alanya has 305 sunny days a year.  The region has features of a Mediterranean climate. Winters are mild and summers are hot.  ALANYA impresses many with the world-famous Cleopatra Beach and the longest beaches of the Mediterranean Sea, marked with a blue flag. Our project is located 120 meters from the sea, in the Mahmutlar area with a very developed infrastructure. The complex is located 15 km from the center of Alanya and 32 km from Gazipasa Airport.

Our project is focused on the needs, desires and convenience of customers.  Outdoor and indoor swimming pools, Turkish bath, sauna, playground, fitness, parking and reception are just some of them.  

The project is designed to meet all your expectations, combining traditional architecture with the requirements of the time, located in the Mahmutlar district of Alanya. It is intertwined with the social sphere and urban life, an area of 3350 square meters. The complex, consisting of 2 blocks and 12 floors, has different apartment options, such as 1 + 1, 2 + 1 and 4 + 1. Cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping centers are located near the complex. All apartments use steel doors, internal automation systems, ceramics of a special size on surfaces that let water through, antibacterial walls for your health and insulated exterior materials.  In addition to this, our project includes round-the-clock private security systems, generators and fire detectors.
