We offer a cozy and comfortable solution for a tanhouse house in a gated community.

The houses were designed by the Latvian architect Andris Celmalis and comply with the new European heat loss regulations.
Walls made of Bauroc aerated concrete (wall thickness - 300 mm) with additional insulation (100 mm) make townhouses extremely warm and provide low heating costs.
Each house has its own automatic gas boiler Buderus 24 kW, which allows you to set the most comfortable and economical heating mode. The ground floors have warm water floors. Unlike the radiator type of heating, the water floor heats the air in the room over the entire area.

The ceiling height is 2.8 meters on the first floor and 3.13 meters on the second. Between the floors there are concrete floors. The windows on the second floor are made to the floor. This allows for maximum natural light, even on a cloudy day.
For the living room, panoramic glazing was chosen to further increase the space. A skylight provides additional lighting for the stairs and the second floor corridor.

The settlement is planned to have 2 variants of areas to choose from 150 and 180m2. If you need more space, buy two houses side by side and combine them.

The houses are sold fully finished. The bathrooms are equipped with plumbing fixtures, furniture, mirrors. The style of decoration can be chosen from three options: Art Deco, Scandinavian style, minimalism. The design project for each solution is presented below. If you are booking a house during the construction phase, we will take into account your wishes in decoration and lighting. Also, our designer will help you free of charge in the selection of kitchen sets

The plot next to the house can be arranged according to your own taste: you can plant flowers, equip a grill or put on comfortable sun loungers. Use the outdoor terraces made in the form of a wooden platform for summer gatherings - put a sofa, armchairs, a table and invite guests.
Soulful Village has a children's play area with slides. The zone is located in such a way that it is convenient for you to observe the children from the window.
Each house has its own covered parking lot. A power source is brought out to the parking lot so that you can install chargers for electric vehicles if necessary.

The village is located in a separate fenced area. A set of security measures is envisaged: installed automatic gates, fire alarms and round-the-clock video surveillance of the common area, motion sensors in the house. In the evening, the area is automatically illuminated.

Within walking distance are shopping centers and cafes, a secondary school, a music and art school, preschool educational institutions, a private medical practice, a pharmacy, and sports clubs.
