OVERVIEW

The architectural solution of the house is made in the form of two rectangular volumes, offset relative to each other in plan and height, and connected by a flight of stairs connecting apartments of all levels, the entrance (upper) and lower terraces. The orientation of the rooms and balconies to the cardinal directions is chosen taking into account the optimal perception of the surrounding landscape (view of the Bay of Kotor, surrounding buildings, green spaces). Structurally, the house is made using a load-bearing reinforced concrete frame, monolithic reinforced concrete slabs, equipped with a pitched tiled roof. The exterior walls are made of small lightweight concrete blocks and finished with a plaster layer, followed by painting in light tones; some sections of the walls have decorative cladding. Double-glazed windows are made of PVC profile and aluminum. Devices for natural air inflow are used in the design of windows.
