OVERVIEW

The plot is located in the Bay, in the village of Kamenari. The plot of 914m2 is located on a mountain 800m away from the sea with a beautiful view. There are no facilities on the site, a DUP has been passed in this area and construction is allowed on the site. There is a road near the site. Kamenari is a locality in Montenegro, located in the Verige Strait — the narrowest point of the Bay of Kotor.
