OVERVIEW

The plot is located in the area of Budva, Rejevichi, namely in the village, which is located a few steps from the monastery of Rejevichi: Perazicha Do. The plot consists of 7.000 m2, on which detached villas can be built, measuring 435 m2 with plots of 450 m2. Such villas can be built 14 pcs. All communications and connections are located near the site.One of the historical places of Montenegro is the village of Perazicha Do. It is located 4 km from the town of Petrovac. The history of the city originates from the 60s of the last century. Initially, Perazicha Do was a summer holiday village, which consisted of Wikident houses. These houses were not intended for long-term residence, but for seasonal recreation of Yugoslavs of various levels of wealth. There are a variety of them, and it is almost impossible to find two identical ones, since each of them was built in the styles that their owners adhered to. At the same time, this village acts as a tourist town, in which there are Wikidense houses used as housing for local residents and tourists' recreation.This part of the Mediterranean coast has a special microclimate, providing more than 200 sunny days a year with an average annual temperature of 16.2 C.
