Stoliv is a village in a small and quiet bay of Kotor, near the city of Kotor, Montenegro. This small village, founded in the fourteenth century, is perfect for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, enjoy the sea, as well as for fishing enthusiasts. Strangely enough, but after so much time, it remained almost in the same form as at the time of its foundation about 7 centuries ago. Here, the Wind Rose is characterized by a mixture of streams of pleasant sea and mountain wind, which allowed Stoliv to become a famous seaside sanatorium with a health-improving climate. It is in this place, densely planted with olive groves and forests of various origins and properties, where the sea is incredibly turquoise in color and the water is unusually clean, that the apartment complex WIND ROSE is located.
