A house - mini hotel for recreation and business is for sale. The house is located in the town of Bijela (Herceg Novi municipality), just 3 minutes from the sea. Tivat Airport is 10 km away, Dubrovnik Airport is 35 km away. Not far from the hotel there are restaurants, bars and discos, many shops.  The four-storey building with a total area of 350 m2 is located on a landscaped plot with a total area of 400 m2. There are orange, lemon trees, kiwi and grapes on the territory. There are 5 apartments available for guests: 25 m2, 40 m2 with a terrace of 40 m2, 40 m2, 55 m2 with a terrace of 40 m2, and 70 m2 with a terrace of 40 m2.  There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. From the windows of the room you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. The mini-hotel can accommodate 17 people at the same time. Each apartment has: bathroom, terrace, air conditioning, plasma TV (40 Russian channels), Internet, Italian cuisine, iron, washing machine, clothes dryer and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
