The target business is for sale with a full set of documents of the Ministry of Tourism of Montenegro and the Community of Budva, confirming the status of the Apart-Hotel according to the international rating b **** and allowing the service of tourists in Montenegro. On the ground floor there is a living room and a kitchen, on the second floor there are two bedrooms with a king and single beds. A pull-out sofa is available in the living room. Number of beds: up to 6 in each apartment  Two of the 8 Luxury Apartments are duplex Penthouse type, with two bathrooms on the first and second floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with two folding sofas, a kitchen and a bedroom with a king-size bed. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with a king bed and single beds. The number of beds in each of these Luxury Apartments is 8 guests.  Baby cots and high chairs are available for guests with babies. The crossover owned by the hotel provides transfers from any airport or train station in Montenegro, trips to famous places, excursions and visits to the best comfortable beaches around Budva.  There is a large free parking lot next to the hotel. There are three parking spaces in the underground garage of the building owned by the Apart-Hotel. In the same complex of buildings, the construction and equipment of a swimming pool, SPA, beauty salon, Massage salon and a list of saunas and baths available 24\7 are being completed. Computer diagnostics equipment will be installed and, based on the results of testing, consultations on prevention and treatment will be held.
