OVERVIEW

An investment project in the north of Montenegro is a new hotel in the immediate vicinity of the Kolasin ski resort. The resort is included in the list of facilities approved by the Government of Montenegro under the country's investment citizenship program, thus, the purchase of a room in this hotel will allow the investor to obtain a passport of Montenegro. Kolasin is a famous resort in the heart of unspoilt wilderness. According to the plan, the hotel will have 4 floors and 168 rooms • * 138 type A rooms with an area of 37.6 m2; • 3 type A rooms with an area of 41.67 m2; • 7 type B rooms with an area of 44.03 m2; • 7 type rooms with an area of 49.31 m2; • 7 type D rooms with an area of 46.74 m2; * 6 rooms of type E with an area of 49.48 m2.
