OVERVIEW

A new investment project in the north of Montenegro in the immediate vicinity of the Durmitor National Park. The resort is included in the list of facilities approved by the Government of Montenegro under the country's investment citizenship program, thus, the purchase of a room in this hotel will allow the investor to obtain a passport of Montenegro. A feature of Durmitor are high peaks, dense forests and deep gorges. Here is the Tara River Canyon, the largest in Europe. Since 1980, the park and the Tara Canyon have been under UNESCO protection. In summer, such outdoor activities as trekking, mountaineering, rafting on the Tara River, fishing are popular here, and in winter – skiing sports. And the main feature of the location of this hotel is its proximity to the Black Lake. The hotel building has the following structure: an underground garage and five floors. The total number of rooms in the hotel is 55: * 53 rooms, located from 3rd to 5th floors, with the following layout: bedroom, recreation area, bathroom; * 2 rooms on the third floor with the following layout: living room, bedroom, two bathrooms. In addition, there are 12 two-storey villas on the territory of the hotel: on the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, a bedroom and two bathrooms; on the second floor there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It is also planned to build a three-storey villa with underground floors.   The hotel also has the following facilities: * underground garage and parking next to the hotel, * lobby bar, * restaurant · wine bar, * billiard room, • restaurant with buffet type of service, · restaurant of national cuisine, * SPA center; * meeting room.
