OVERVIEW

An investment project in the north of Montenegro is a hotel at the highest resort in Montenegro, which is located in the southern part of the Belasica mountain range. The resort is included in the list of facilities approved by the Government of Montenegro under the country's investment citizenship program, thus, the purchase of a room in this hotel will allow the investor to obtain a passport of Montenegro. After the development, the resort will consist of two different zones: with hotels and apartments and a zone of private exclusive chalets. All facilities in the hotel village will be serviced by hotels offering a wide range of amenities and year-round activities. Ski trails connect in the village, which provides direct access to the ski slopes. The resort can be reached from Podgorica Airport in 35 minutes, which will make it one of the closest ski resorts to an international airport in Europe. According to the plan, the first hotel will have four floors and 55 rooms • * 6 type A rooms with an area of 35.87 m2; * 31 type B rooms with an area of 35.87 m2; • 9 type rooms with an area of 40.71 m2; • 3 rooms of type D with an area of 39 m2; • 3 type E rooms with an area of 42.76 m2; • 3 rooms of type F with an area of 38.44 m2.
