OVERVIEW

A new investment project in the north of Montenegro is a hotel located in the center of the Kolasina 1450 ski resort just a few meters from the ski slopes. The resort is included in the list of facilities approved by the Government of Montenegro under the country's investment citizenship program, thus, the purchase of a room in this hotel will allow the investor to obtain a passport of Montenegro. Due to its excellent location, the hotel offers spectacular views of the snow-capped mountains. The hotel building has the following structure: basement, first floor, second floor, third floor and attic. The total number of rooms in the hotel is 93: * 41 rooms of type No. 1 (living room, kitchen and dining room, bathroom and terrace); * 24 rooms of type No. 2 (bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom and terrace); * 9 rooms of type No. 3 (bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining room, bathroom and terrace); * 8 rooms of type No. 4 (two-level room: on the attic there is a bedroom and a bathroom, on the lower floor there is a living room, a kitchen and a dining room, as well as a terrace); * 3 rooms of type No. 5 (bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining room, bathroom and terrace); * 2 rooms of type No. 6 (two bedrooms, living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom and terrace); • 5 rooms of type No. 7 (two-level room: on the attic there is a bedroom and a bathroom, on the lower floor there is a living room, a kitchen and a dining room, as well as a terrace); • 1 room of type No. 8 (two-level room: on the attic there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms on the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a dining area, another bathroom and a terrace).
