OVERVIEW

A new investment project in the center of Budva. Once a quiet small coastal town, today Budva is the tourism capital of Montenegro, and in summer one of the most noisy and crowded cities on the Montenegrin coast. Founded two and a half millennia ago, the city has replaced the ramparts with luxury yachts, new buildings, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Budva even has its own Hawaii - an island opposite the city with beautiful beaches and seafood specialties. The hotel will have seven floors. 68 rooms of various layouts are available: * studio rooms with an area of 42.37 m2 ; * rooms with one bedroom ranging from 44.41 to 69.12 m2, * rooms with two bedrooms ranging from 82.13 to 83.72 m2.
