OVERVIEW

A new investment project in the north of Montenegro is a hotel in Kolasin, a popular tourist center. Kolasin is located at an altitude of 954 m on a plateau between two magnificent mountain ranges - Belasitsa and Sinyaevina. The hotel is located away from the noise of the main Kolasin-Mojkovac road, but only a 15-minute walk from the city center. Along with Zabljak, Kolasin is one of two places for winter sports in the country, and extensive infrastructure development is currently underway here. Currently, the total length of the ski slopes in the Kolasin ski resort is 46 km. It is planned that by the end of 2021, another 15 km of trails will be laid, and in the near future it is planned to expand to 125 km. The hotel consists of 238 rooms ranging from 33.5 to 87.9 m2. The hotel also has the following facilities: restaurant, conference halls (large capacity up to 400 people, two smaller ones with 50 seats), cinema (up to 72 visitors), pub (120 seats), wellness and spa, indoor-outdoor swimming pool, kids club, garage.
