OVERVIEW

The tourist complex, consisting of a restaurant, a cafe and a hotel, is located in the place of Sutorin, 800 meters from the border with Croatia. This is the first place to relax, which is found on the way of tourists coming from Croatia. The total number of rooms of the complex is 14 rooms, including 6 bungalows located in separate buildings from the hotel. There are 8 rooms in the main building: 1 suite (with king size bed and fireplace), 1 junior suite, 1 family room (with a separate hall, bedroom and children's room), 1 room with sauna and 4 single rooms of various sizes. All rooms are equipped with a minibar, a safe, modern flat-screen TV, air conditioning and an electronic lock. The interior of the rooms is made in a classic style, all furniture is made of natural materials, oak and leather. This building is equipped with gas heating. The hotel also has a Russian sauna with a relaxation room and a swimming pool. In addition, the building has laundry and ironing rooms, 2 storage rooms, a cold room and a kitchen for staff. In the same building there is also a restaurant with 130 seats, with a lower and upper terrace and stunning mountain views. The restaurant has a cozy interior in a classic style. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment (2 freezers, refrigerators, grill, gas stove, hoods, etc.). All equipment is made in Italy. The hotel has a children's playground, a swimming pool for children and adults. The entire territory is fenced with a wrought-iron fence and equipped with video surveillance. Trees are planted along the perimeter of the fence and along the perimeter of the site as a living fence, which creates a sense of privacy and comfort on the territory of the complex. The complex also has a cafe with vending machines (coffee machine, vending machine with snacks and drinks and ice cream machine). Next to the cafe there is a room equipped with everything necessary for a store, there is also a hotel reception and office space, an accounting department and a manager's office. All rooms are separated by glass partitions. This building has direct access to the main road and parking for 6 places.
