The cost of the hotel is indicated when buying "turnkey", in accordance with the developed project is 2.500.000 euros. If desired, you can purchase a hotel at the stage of completed finishing works and do the furnishing according to your wishes and tastes. In this case, the cost is discussed separately. Colliers International presented an official assessment of the return on investment, which related exclusively to the delivery of the number of rooms, taking into account the level of the tourist season after the pandemic. According to their calculations, a full refund of the invested funds will be made within 6 years.
