House is located direct on a sea front , just a few meters from the sea and few drive minutes from the hearth of Dubrovnik. The house consists of 6 bedrooms equipped with double queen size beds.

2 bedrooms are on the ground floor as well as huge living room and kitchen. There are also 3 bathrooms on the ground floor. House is two floors building. Every bedroom is around 17m2.Two living rooms around 20m2. Kitchen 17m2.

Outside space is 1670m2. Floors are 4.5m high. Because of floor high it is possible to build 3 floors in the castle. Garage is 13mX3.5m. It is possible to build pool without any licenses.

Huge corridor with stone stair is leading to the 1st floor where are 4 bedrooms and huge living room located. There is a huge garden surrounded with a high wall so the guests have their privacy at all times.

The garden is planted with olives and other Mediterranean fruits. There is a big parking place in the yard of the property. The bus station to Dubrovnik is just 20 meters from the property and it operates every 20 minutes.
