OVERVIEW

A two-storey twin house, actually consisting of two separate halves with a common wall. Thus, this project is designed for two families. Each half of the house has a separate plot of land. Blok is designed in such a way that, even looking out of the window, it is impossible to look into the neighbors.

Each of the halves of the house has a separate garage for one car. You can get to "your" half both from the garage and through the front entrance located on the terrace on the front side of the house. The first floor consists entirely of a large hall, combined with a kitchen, which has access to a terrace on the back of the house. On the second floor there is a bathroom, a dressing room and two bedrooms. From the corridor with panoramic windows you can get to the balcony-terrace located above the garage.

Convenience and simplicity are combined in this small, cozy project. A good choice for those who value economy and convenience.

Object address: Riga region, Babite parish, Taureni. The village is located 15 minutes drive from Jurmala and Riga, in the middle of a pine forest. A unique landscape solution opens up a panoramic view of the picturesque Božu Lake for each house. A bus route to the village is provided.
