Fans of elite urban lifestyle will enjoy top floor apartments with large terraces.

Underground parking offers 26 parking spaces, which can be purchased for additional price. It is also possible to rent a parking space on the small secure parking lot just outside the building.

Utility rooms
Many 3 and 5-room apartments include small utility rooms that can be used for storage.In addition, along all staircases there are common storage spaces that can be used for bicycles or strollers. We also offer 30 small secure storage spaces located in the building for sale to all residents.

The heating for Skanstes houses is provided by „Rīgas siltums”,which offers the best heating solutions for all new residential buildings. You will be able to use individual temperature control to regulate the temperature of your apartment. From our experience, heating costs during heating season will be between 0.40 and 0.70 Ls/m2.

Building is equipped with safe„Kone” elevators with capacity of up to 1000 kg or 13 passengers.

Elevators have metallic finish and mirrors. For those who will use underground parking, an elevator will bring you from your apartment floor straight to the 1st floor.

This elevator is big enough to fit bicycles or children’s strollers.
