OVERVIEW

We sell land in Lapmezciems, 100 m from the sea. The total land area is 4000 m2.

The construction of a private house or row houses is allowed. The plot can be divided.

If you look at the map of Latvia, you will see that the Tukums region is the intersection of the Kurzeme, Zemgale and Vidzeme regions. The Tukums region is the gateway to Kurzeme, and the wide plains of Zemgale and Primorye give way to the Kursa uplands.

"Kurzeme Switzerland" will not leave anyone indifferent: high cliffs, steep slopes, sharp and sharp turns on the way to Kuldiga, just like the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Riga, turning into a coastline strewn with boulders.

According to the legends, centuries-old deciduous trees once grew in Lapmezciems, because of them the village was named Lapmezciems (Deciduous Trees Village). Near Lapmezciems is Lake Kaniera - the world of waterfowl and fish. This is a favorite place for anglers due to the possibility of a rich catch: pike and tench, perch and goldfish.

In addition, there are 14 beautiful islands in the lake, and on the coast between Antinciems and Čaukciems there is the Kaniera castle mound and nature trail, located in the Kemeri National Park.
