Jurmala has long been considered a prestigious resort with a special atmosphere and unique architecture. Every year this amazing city attracts more and more tourists and new residents. Everyone who has visited Jurmala at least once dreams of returning again.

The house is located near the main street of Jurmala - Jomas. Jomas street is one of the oldest in Jurmala, the street got its name from the Latvian word joma - these are parallel, wavy paths in the sand that remain when the sea recedes. This street is known far beyond the borders of Latvia. There is no traffic here, no cars rushing - the street is completely pedestrian, and I call it the central one only because it is the most famous street in Jurmala.

Neat wooden houses, sea air, hospitable and comfortable hotels, many summer cafes under umbrellas, cozy restaurants, souvenir shops, ice cream and cotton candy.

In summer it is quite crowded, the beach is only 200 - 300 meters away, the Majori railway station is nearby, at the other end of Jomas street is the Dzintari concert hall. There is a rather interesting museum of vintage cars nearby. Near shop, school, kindergarten, public transport.
