Respecting the individuality of our clients, we offer the possibility of individual planning and any variations of finishing.

The price includes finishing of apartments: three-layer parquet, double-glazed windows, high quality tiles, veneered (oak) doors, new radiators. The apartments are being sold with an ideal piece of land below them. At the moment it is possible to choose most of the offered apartments. In accordance with the client's criteria, at this stage of the reconstruction, an individual redevelopment will be carried out.

The price of apartments varies and depends on their location in the building:

1st floor: € 1,500 / m2;
2nd floor: 1 600 EUR / m2;
3rd floor: 1,700 euros / m2;
4th-5th floors: 1,800 EUR / m2.

Apartment sizes: from 32.9 m2 to 96.85 m2. Apartment prices: from 52,640 euros to 164,645 euros.

To make a reservation at this stage of reconstruction, an advance payment of 10-20% of the total transaction amount is required. The list of current apartments is in the PDF attachment.

A new project "Solea Residence" with modern apartments in the historical center of Riga is blossoming like an exquisite flower.

The building was built in 1890, functionalism style; Project implementation period: IV quarter of 2014. Total number of apartments: 23.
