We rent a 2-storey house for the summer season in Majori, near the sea.

1st floor: entrance hall, living room, 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom (bath, shower, toilet);
2nd floor: 4 separate bedrooms, bathroom, toilet.

Gas heating. There is a garage and a barbecue area.

Seasonal price (3 or 4 months) - 10,000 euros + electricity, gas, water, TV and internet.

Jurmala is a unique resort town in Latvia, on the shores of the Baltic Sea. Everyone who has visited this beautiful place at least once felt its special aura, which is created by unique old buildings, pine forest, dunes, sea, lakes and clean air. The Baltic resort of Jurmala is located 25 km from the capital of Riga. Due to its favorable geographic location, it is easy to come to the city from any country in the world. Riga International Airport is only 15 km from the city center.

From the center of Riga to Jurmala in 30 minutes you can get by train or minibus. The resort has a little over 60 thousand permanent residents. In the summer, this number of people doubles.
Strategically advantageous location in the center of Jurmala, Majori st. Theater. Near the central street Jomas, seven minutes walk from the Dzintari concert hall, 600 meters from the sea, near all public transport.
