Currently, the facility provides a cash flow from the lease of EUR 200 tons per year. Lease agreements are concluded for 5 years with the right to renew. An increase in rent is envisaged in 2 years.
The property can be used as an investment with a rental cash flow and an annual yield of about 7%. It can also be converted into a logistics center, used as a factory or warehouse, or other significant facility.
