OVERVIEW

The club-type residential complex is one of the most striking architectural projects of recent times in Latvia. It embodies the Baltic restrained style and advanced norms of ecological construction, high standards of comfortable living and European safety requirements.

In the village, located on a landscaped area with a total area of ​​more than 3 hectares, there are:

All buildings are built, communications and infrastructure are in working order. The facility was commissioned in 2016.

The village has an excellent location between Riga and Jurmala: Riga with its rich capital potential and wide opportunities for organizing business and leisure, as well as the famous Baltic resort of Jurmala, are a 20-minute drive away. The village is connected to the main highways by a new road, built by the municipality in 2015.

Environmental principles of construction. The houses were built using environmentally friendly materials using green building technology.

Not only in Latvia, but also abroad, this settlement is famous for its elite educational institutions. The oldest international educational institution, International School of Latvia, is located in Pinki. In September 2016, another one will start working - the International School Exupéry.

Cottage for two families = 220 Euro / month
Townhouse = 200 Euro / month

Services that will be included in the price:
- round-the-clock security of housing
- CCTV;
- invoicing in a form convenient for the client and providing information;
- maintenance of the common territory of the village and maintenance of the general view of the village;
- service of taking meter readings and submission to the appropriate services supplying resources.
