About Project:

The building is located in the very heart of Riga, where everything you need to enjoy a comfortable life is within arm’s reach.

There are 21 apartments located on floors 1 to 5 of the property, with the living area from 65 to 145 square metres. Among them are three 2-level apartments. The premises on the ground floor are intended for commercial use. The basement floor has storage units with an area of 3 to 9 square metres for each of the apartments in the building, as well as engineering and utility services rooms for management of the property. Materials
In keeping with current trends, we have carefully selected both ecofriendly and durable materials for thermal insulation of the building and also for the exterior and interior finish. The flooring in the living areas is made of primary timber, while corridor and bathroom floors are covered in 2 cm thick natural stone, marble or travertine.

High quality wooden windows ensure excellent heat and sound insulation, and wooden doors by the exclusive manufacturer, in turn, add elegance to the interior premises. The select designer lighting fixtures are complete with LED bulbs.

The load-bearing walls of the property are constructed of brickwork and the internal walls are made of building blocks. The floor structure is concrete on loadbearing wood/metal beams.
Security and Comfort

The building is equipped with everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable lifestyle:

As to other apartments, customers may choose between one of the three designs of interior decoration.
