OVERVIEW

The tourist recreation center "Ezernieki" was opened in 1972 and was a landmark of the USSR. In summer,  there were resting up to 750 people a day, in the winter - up to 500. On the territory of the complex there was also a dining room, a bar, a cinema and a concert hall, a boat base and apoint for rental of equipment.

The total land area is 10.6 hectares, the total area of ​​the buildings is 8882 m2, of which the building of the hotel is 5567 m2. The five-storey building of the hotel has 90 rooms  each room has a bathroom. The amount of the area is 16-20 m2. Also in the territory are two buildings of cottages 3-storey (each with 17 one-room rooms) and 2-storey house.

New windows and radiators are installed in the hotel building, water supply and sewerage systems are replaced. The floors in all rooms are parquet. The building has two elevators. Heating system - two boilers for solid fuel (pellets, firewood). Water - two wells 170 m - in working order. There is a project for new biological facilities. Own electric transformer, electrical power connection 40 amps.

The peninsula is surrounded from all sides by the waters of Lake Ezezer. Nature, fresh air, fantastic view. Asphalted road from Rezekne-Dagda highway. Distance from Riga is 280 km, to Kraslava and Rezekne - 45 km.
