There were various shops, a chemical and bacteriological laboratory, a confectionery, a canteen and various workshops. For many years the Institute of Design of the Ministry of Public Utilities worked within its walls.

In 2008, the house acquired new owners and was completely
reconstructed and now it is one of the most beautiful and luxurious houses on Audeju street in the style of classicism and
Art Nouveau. Refined, elegant and modern interiors with luxurious decorative elements
