OVERVIEW

The buiding for renovation is located in the superb part of Riga - Merkela street, right across the Vermana park, the facade part of the building facing the side of the park. Nearby there are such important buildings as: the main building of the University of Latvia, Riga Latvian Society, National Opera, popular restaurants Biblioteka Nr 1 and Tokyo City. The Old town is in just several min. walk through a nice park - Bastejkalns. Also in the walking distance there are big shopping centers Origo and Stockmann, Riga Central Market, Riga Central Station, as well as the historical Berga Bazars.

The object consists of entrance (reception area), trading room with view of Merkela Street, trading room located in the central part of the building, office area, utility area, WC. The premises have been completely renovated. 

It is possible to park a car in the courtyard, there is also available public parking near the building (on the facade side).
