All historical elements of both the facade and the interior have been preserved and restored. The historical gilded elements of the facade have been restored, the decorative frames of the windows on the 3rd floor have been restored (each window is unique). The only automatic facade lighting system of its kind (in Latvia) - hidden lighting elements that do not spoil the view of the facade (German - Austrian system)

All new modern communications - new electrical wiring, water sewerage, central heating system (heat meters on each floor), fireplaces on each floor, new ventilation, a common air conditioning system for all rooms (DAIKIN), video cameras, video intercoms, alarm systems.
