We offer to purchase a land plot with an area of ​​71723 sq.m. in Salaspils area, with the functional purpose of the natural and green zones (DA).  

On the territory, within the framework of the main use, construction of buildings related to the improvement of public open spaces is allowed.
It is also additionally allowed:
- construction of buildings of a hotel, restaurant, cafe and bar;
- construction of an unheated indoor summer scene;
- the construction of open sports grounds, except for motor racing and motor sports, or the construction of sports equestrian tracks for riding.

If necessary, the purpose can be changed to residential or other construction.
