OVERVIEW

We offer to purchase a guest house located in the beautiful fishers' village of Ragaciems, just a 30-minute drive from the center of Jurmala! Historically, Ragaciems is famous for its Latvian delicacies, especially for its natural smoked fish. The nearest smokehouse, where smoked fish can be bought, is only 100 meters from the guest house. The shore of the Baltic Sea is just a few steps from the guest house. The wild beauty of the coast, the sandy beach and the possibility of complete privacy - all this can be found in Ragaciems.  

Five cozy and sunny rooms and one suite with a jacuzzi can accommodate up to 24 people. Each room is designed for 4 people, it has a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, TV, WI-FI, sofa and a comfortable double bed. On the ground floor there is a beautiful fireplace room with a large kitchen. The house has its own fenced area with equipped barbecue and access to the beach.
