The project of the house was developed by the famous architect of the XX century - Eizhen Laube. At the moment it is an architectural monument of local importance.

The house is located in Bulduri - in an excellent location with developed infrastructure.

- a small one-story house built in 1920 with an area of ​​66.5 m2;

- a barn built in 1980, with an area of ​​30.4 m2.
