The mansion was built according to the author's project and consists of a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a large kitchen, three bedrooms, several bathrooms, two dressing rooms, a guest room (study), technical rooms, and a garage. The interior of the house is made in the style of modern Scandinavian classics. During the construction, environmentally friendly materials were used (minimal use of plasterboard). High ceilings.

Ground floor: On the ground floor there is a large kitchen and dining area with a round table, other premises.
Second floor: On the second floor of the building there is a hall with a fireplace and two rooms.
Third floor: The master bedroom occupies almost the entire third floor. The third floor also has large separate male and female bathrooms and one living room.

There is basic furniture, household appliances (dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, several freezers, washing machine, etc.). Fire and burglar alarms are installed. The building is connected to centralized gas, electricity and sewerage networks, water supply is provided from a local deep well on the territory (the water is of very high quality - it is rich in microelements) and water from the lake is supplied separately to irrigate the lawn. High energy efficiency provided. The mansion is heated with gas - a powerful gas boiler is installed.

Thanks to high-quality materials (the thickness of the outer walls is almost half a meter) and a thoughtful architectural solution, the mansion is very economical to maintain and operate.
The territory belongs to the Specially Protected Natural Zones of Latvia, which ensures the absence of unwanted construction objects. Forest animals come directly to the territory. A great feeling of calmness from immersion in nature. Within walking distance of a shop, kindergarten, public transport. The school is 3 km away. To the border of Riga in Jugla - about three kilometers, to the center of Riga - 12 kilometers.
