Hotel category 5 *, located in the north of the country in the city of Kolasin, 73 km from the capital of Montenegro-Podgorica. Kolasin is the largest and busiest ski resort in Montenegro, located at an altitude of 954 m above sea level, on the banks of the Tara River, known all over the world for its canyon. This moment is important for the investor, as the income depends on the attendance of the hotel. The developer offers a contract for 40% of the hotel's net profit for the year. The income will be accrued not only from the room, which is owned by the investor (!), as well as profits from the entire hotel infrastructure: SPA, restaurants, cinema, etc.Not only hotel guests can use the entire hotel infrastructure, but also everyone who wants to, which will also increase attendance and profitability.

Also, the investor receives free hotel accommodation-1 month a year, and while the construction of the hotel is underway, 1 week of free accommodation in the 5* hotel Splendid Conference and SPA Resort in the south of Montenegro. And he also receives a loyalty card, which gives a discount on the use of the entire infrastructure of the hotel. The investor can exit the project after 5 years by selling his number, or can leave this asset after five mandatory years of ownership in order to continue to receive income from it. An important point is that the developer of the project has a bank guarantee in the amount of 2.5 million euros as a guarantee that the project will be completed in full and on time.
