OVERVIEW

This enchanting villa, result of an excellent and refined recovery of a 19th-century farmhouse, stands out for its extraordinary location, materials used (stone and wood) and nature which transmit the poetry, the emotions and the fascination of the past. For the lovers of this kind, it is a real jewel nestled on the first hill of Camaiore. The villa lies on top of a hill of about 8000 sqm, belonging to the same property, in isolated position but only one km away from the lovely historical centre of Camaiore, easily reachable on foot. The house is accessible from the public street through an iron gate, and after driving along a private paved road for about 100 mt, you reach the top of the hill where you find the car parks and the well-kept and flourishing garden with swimming-pool. The peculiarities of this villa are the great care in the recovery of building materials, ranging from stone structures, wooden beamed ceilings with terracotta tiles, cotto and chestnut wood flooring to interior and outdoor frames, in association with modern plant technologies. On the ground floor, you find a large cellar against the rocky wall of the hill, one bathroom, and a beautiful cellar with fireplace and equipped with a second kitchen connected with the outdoor patio and the large porch, further spaces used for convivial gatherings with friends.
