There is provided for sale a piece of real estate that is located in the new residental compound in the Municipality of Kallithea. Currently it is rented as a cafe on a long-term basis. Also there is a ground 200 sq.m. on which the cafe tables are disposed.
The proposed investment project provides an opportunity to earn income in the amount of 1,53% per annum of the lease. When calculating the profitability were fully taken into account all the costs of the acquisition and registration of real estate (including legal costs and tax on transfer of property), as well as obtaining the average cost of rent in the amount of 300 euros.
