The hotel consists of studio-apartments. It was built in 1992 and lastly renovated in 2005. There is a water-well on the plot. The rooms are furnished and equiped. A prefabricated swimming pool installed on the yard. There are 3 storerooms and laundry as well. Its total area is 335 sq.m with 10 separate apartments. The ground floor is 105 sq.m and consists of 3 studio-apartments and one two-bedroom aparment, the first floor of 115 sq.m consists of 2 two-bedroom apartments of 50 and 60 sq.m, the second floor has the same layout. There is a reception area as well.
