OVERVIEW

This is a 2-floor, about 100 square meters (50 in each floor) renovated traditional stone house, fully furnished with lovely furniture,situated on the slopes of a hill in the village of Vrastama in central Chalkidiki (Northern Greece), the so-called ‘Secret Garden of Greece’. It has 1 furnished lounge with a fire place, 2 bathrooms, 1 room, 1 storing room, a fully equipped kitchen, fireplaces in each bedroom and is surrounded by a lovely fenced plot of fertile land (garden) of about 678 square meters in 2 levels of ground, a small barn to use for storage and several trees.

In distances ranging from 15 to 25 kilometers, you come to beautiful beaches of the north Aegean sea with its blue crystal waters. The village is quiet with 2 super-markets, 2 taverns that will serve Mediterranean food. 10 minutes of driving westwards, will bring you to the capital town of Polygyros with lots of all kinds of shops doctors, a modern hospital.

The area around the village provides opportunities for trekking and walks along the paths that cross the surrounding forests. One hour drive away to the East will take you to the town of Ouranoupolis, the gate to the famous Holly Mountain of Athos with its twenty, one thousand years old monasteries.
