Real estate agents today record a significant increase in inquiries from the Russian audience of buyers for properties and plots in Tel Aviv. And not only in Tel Aviv itself - the prestigious suburb of Herzliya and the Neve Tzedek region are of interest to Russians as well.

Such interest in property in Israel by Russian investors is due to the possibility of exemption from tax payment for up to 10 years, which is provided by Israeli law to new immigrants.
